Clark, Pampanga – Hann Philippines Inc. is investing P20 billion to expand its integrated resort in Pampanga and to develop an ultra-luxury, exclusive residential estate in New Clark City.
The Hann Casino Resort, situated on a 21-hectare property, is the first and only luxury integrated resort in Central Luzon.
Hann Philippines VP for Real Estate and Property Development Agnes Liwanag said the expansion of the integrated resort in Clark will cost P 8 billion, while P12 billion has already been committed to the Hann Reserve in New Clark City.
The Clark resort expansion will increase the gaming floor area by 3,588 square meters and will include three new dining areas and additional parking. Construction is underway.
The first phase is set for completion by the end of the year, while the second phase is expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2026.
For the Hann Reserve in New Clark City the company committed P5 billion for a PGA-standard 18-hole golf course, a country club, and a public park as part of the first phase, scheduled for completion in 2026.
However, the investment has been increased to P12 billion to include a second PGA-standard 18-hole golf course, targeted for completion between 2029 and 2030.
